De’Vante Davis
De'Vante Davis is a Senior Program Coordinator in the Med-Peds Program at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. In this role, he supports Program Director in maintaining ACGME accreditation by coordinating curriculum development, evaluations, duty hour compliance, and policy adherence. De'Vante plays a key role in managing accreditation activities, GME reporting, and residency recruitment efforts, while also serving as a vital liaison between leadership, trainees, and affiliated hospital sites.
De'Vante began his journey at the University of Miami in 2021, working with UConnect scheduling for multiple specialties, including Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Cardiothoracic Surgery. In 2023, he transitioned to the Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine, where he provided both clinical and administrative support to faculty and nurse practitioners. His responsibilities included appointment coordination, insurance verification, and communication with referring physicians. He also utilized EPIC for managing medical records, lab entries, and fibro scan documentation, ensuring accuracy in patient care workflows.
